Rotary Auger Valve (AG Type Controller)
Introduction
PSV-flow100/1000 rotary auger valve is the high precision & contact type dispensing technology, designed for super precise & high consistency materials dispensing & coating. The valve auger’s rotation can be controlled forwardly & reversely, so as to make the materials extrusion according to requirement. PSV-flow100 & PSV-flow1000’s difference: the latter model can dispense with more accuracy than the former one.
Features:
High-precision: The rotary auger valve uses Z-axis control move materials, and the rotation direction of the screw valve can be controlled separately using the AG type controller. The valve features a feed accuracy of 2%, with a minimum material amount of 2nL.
High adaptability: 3 kinds of different screw valves (16p, 8p, 32P) providing different options for materials with different requirements.
High activity: Disposable screw valve, capable of quick changing in just a few seconds, without interruption of the production line. This leads to less downtime due to difficult to change components and cleaning.
