Pneumatic Jet Valve (Power Type Controller)
Introduction
Non-contact type dispensing is the first choice of high speed & precision dispensing work; it can achieve higher consistency, productivity of dispensing, & avoid the drawing, dripping & stacking during the dispensing. PAD-JET3020 is widely used for electronics core filling, pin coating, FPC reinforcing, CCM & VCM assembling, mobile phone frame gluing, LCD edge coating, fingerprint recognition module assembling, etc. PAD-JET3020 pneumatic jet valve is used for dispensing point diameter or dispensing line of above 0.4mm.
Performance:
High speed: the pneumatic jet valve is power type controlled and features a maximum frequency of up to 250 Hz. The jet valve allows for spray dispensing, which is for high capacity and high speed operation.
High precision: the injection precision is 2%, the minimum spray amount is 0.002μL
High flexibility: high matching flexibility with any dispensing platform on the market. Minimum injection size of 0.175mm gaps, and good adaptability for uneven workpieces.
