Coarse Material Washer
The coarse material washer is commonly seen at mining and mineral processing sites for scrubbing and cleaning crushed stones. Featured single spiral coarse material washer removes twigs, sticks, dust coatings, and soluble clays from valuable minerals.
Inner Workings
Typically operating on a 15% inclined surface, the single spiral washer has a sediment tank at the tail end, which is enclosed by three weir plates, where debris and trash are trapped. The head of the spiral is submerged in the sediment tank, and it is rotated by a motor and gear drive. At the bottom of the tank is a manifold from where an upward current of water is provided for stone cleaning purposes.
Components
Yonran coarse material washer is comprised of the spiral (conveyor flight), outboard gear and motor, upward current manifold, end weir, among other associated parts.
