Overview

The amorphous metal oil immersed transformer is a fully sealed power transformer that uses iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon and other elements to form amorphous alloys. These alloys are isotropic soft magnetic materials used in power transmission.

Product Features


1. Low magnetizing power
2. No structural defects to impede domain wall moving
3. Thickness is only 0.027mm
4. Filling coefficient diminishes accordingly, only 0.75-0.8
5. Resistivity is 3-6 times larger than that of silicon steel plate
6. Hardness is 5 times larger than that of silicon steel plate
