Mould
In the production of AAC blocks, mould casting is a process performed for block molding. The moulds are composed of two main parts: mould frame and bottom board. They feature great rigidity, simple structure and no leakage of slurry.
Mould Frame
The frame of our autoclaved aerated concrete block mould is available in movable and integral types. Side plates come with double layers with a hollow for heat insulation. Inner plates are constructed from 8mm thick steel plates by welding, to increase rigidity, prevent deformation and extent service life.
Bottom Board
Four sides of the bottom board are welded from square steels. On them lay an 8mm thick steel plate to reinforce rigidity and avoid deformation that may damage the green block. It is designed to the frame size.
