The autoclave is a large size pressure vessel designed for curing autoclaved aerated concrete, sand-lime brick and fly ash brick. In the autoclaving chamber, CaO-SiO2-H2O hydrothermal reaction is completed. Aside from these autoclaved products, this curing system can also be used for the autoclaving processes in woodworking, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Structural Features
1. Autoclave Body
a. The concrete curing autoclave is a horizontal type steel pressure vessel. It is fabricated from a whole piece of 16MnR steel plate.
b. Flanges for the autoclave cover and body are integrally forged from 16Mn steel.
c. Weld joints of pressure parts come with thermal treatment and strict NDT based on related standards.

2. Autoclave Door
a. Autoclave door features a flexible fast-open structure. Not only can it open and close manually depending on a hand operated reducer, but it can also realize electric, pneumatic and hydraulic opening and closing based on customer's request.
b. The door is provided with complete safety interlock devices, thus maximally preventing mal-operation and ensuring safe operation and worker's safety.
c. Door of our autoclave is designed with two opening methods: Opening laterally and opening upward. The door that opens toward lateral side comes with a rotating arm that provides flexible rotation, low position operation and easy opening. The door that opens upward uses a lever-type opening mechanism. Lower end of the lever is connected to the door and upper end is fitted with counter weight. This method ensures ease of opening and small space usage of autoclave side.

3. Door Seal
Door seal of the industrial autoclave employs top quality rubber seal ring imported from professional producers. It features easy installation, great sealing performance and high longevity.

4. Body Support
The autoclave is designed with fixed support, movable support and special-purpose end support for different parts. They perfectly adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of autoclave body and thereby guarantee autoclave's normal work and service life.

5. Valves and Instrument
The steam autoclave comes equipped with a variety of necessary valves and instrument including safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measuring instrument, steam inlet and outlet valves, ball valve, drain valve, etc. In addition, it is optional with a waste removal tank.

6. Internal Parts
Apart from regular steam distribution pipes and rails, the autoclave is specially designed with other internal parts such as water drain cover.
