Features and Uses
1. The three axis CNC drill press can perform drilling, reaming, tapping and other machining processes. It is suitable for processing complex parts and moulds such as small and medium size plates, discs, shells, etc.
2. Basic parts of the CNC drilling machine are fabricated from special castings which ensure a high rigidity structure. Work table and guideway are precisely ground, with high accuracy.
3. The Z axis features a reinforced spindle structure which remarkably improves the geometric accuracy and radial rigidity of spindle. (This feature only represents 40 series CNC drill presses)
4. High precision ball screws and plastic-coated guideway ensure easy and stable moving, quick and accurate positioning of the work table even at high loads.
5. X, Y and Z axes of the numerical control drill press boast functions of auto zero and tool auto compensation.
6. The vertical drill press boasts powerful cutting design, with reliable overload protection in cutting.It is also provided with fully automatic central lubrication and large flow circulating cooling system.
7. AC servo motor or stepper motor ensures large torque and high positioning accuracy for X, Y and Z axes.
8. CNC system features simple programming and easy operation. It is practical and reliable.
