Reel Stand and Splicer
The shaftless reel stand comes with double workstations, and is designed for handling the paper material during paper-faced gypsum board manufacturing. The two paper rolls support flexible alternatively working. The paper clamping fixture is hydraulically operated to realize movements such as moving up and down, opening and closing, as well as horizontal movement.
Each of the shaftless reed stands is equipped with two rail-mounted trolleys for paper transporting.
During use, there is no need to unwind the paper in advanced, and also no need to synchronize the speed between the standby paper roll and the working paper roll. During paper splicing, the top roller of the auto splicer remains the paper at a constant tension, which effectively avoids paper wrinkling or breaking.
