The gypsum board dryer feeder includes a hinged style conveyor which can be moved to the feeding end of each deck of the dryer, with the help of a hoist powered by a positioning drive system.
1. The feeding system uses a belt conveyor for wet gypsum board delivering, and the belt is driven by a variable frequency motor.
2. The hoist is driven by a brake motor which enables accurate movement. It features high safety due to power failure protection function.
3. The positioning drive system allows the gypsum board dryer feeder to stop accurately and stably at each deck.
4. Due to double section structure design, the feeding equipment features minimized bending of gypsum boards. This avoids breakage of the board caused by over bending.
