HDPE Pipes
Our pipeline machines are imported from respected German brands, including Battenfeld-Cincinnati and KraussMaffei. They are outfitted with online auxiliary devices, such as a weight per meter control system and a wall thickness measuring system. We produce DN1200mm pipe, using production techniques that meet UK professional standards, and now have over 3,000 different types of PE fittings. We have our own pipeline research and testing center, certified by the state committee (CNAS). Testing equipment is imported from the German companies IPT and Netzshc, the American company MTS, the French company Setaram and the Japanese company Mitsubishi.
We are certified to ISO9001: 2008 quality management system standards, ISO14001: 2004 environment management system standards, and OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management standards. All of our products and inspection qualification certificates come from the National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Materials, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P. R. China, Ministry of Health of P. R. China, Construction Department of Heibei Province, and The Central People's Government of P. R. China. Our high density polyethylene pipes have been sold on markets all over the world, including Russia, the United States, Argentina, Australia, Japan, Sri Lanka, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sudan, Rwanda, Benin and more.
