Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) Filling Monobloc
EcoPura's CSD (carbonated soft drink) filling monobloc is designed for filling carbonated drink bottles at a low temperature, ranging from 0-5°C. Isotonic filling technology is used to carry out the filling process.
Method of Operation
The PET container is first pressed on and pressurized. Once the pressure level is the same in the ring bowl and in the PET container, the filling is carried out. Once the liquid level reaches the end of the vent tube, gas can't escape the container, and the filling valve closes. After the settling phase, the snifting valve lowers the pressure in the PET container's head space, and the filled product then leaves the machine.
