Semi-Automatic Blow Molding Machine
The semi-automatic PET bottle blow molding machine is designed for a small capacity bottle blowing rate for a startup or small botte production and bottling plant.
The pre-form heating oven has a flexible temperature setting for different zones in the heating lamp, with air circulation cooling or water cooling functions. The self-rotary pre-form seats carry the pre-form in the preform transporting chain. The bottle stretch blow molding system is equipped with a pneumatically controlled mold lock and stretch blowing system that uses high pressure compressed air under a PLC control system. The 2 cavity bottle shell mold is easily replaced for switching bottle formats.
A complete mottle blower set includes the preform heating oven, bottle blowing unit, high pressure compressor and the air filter cleaner system.
