Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine
EcoPura's self-adhesive labeling machine features an adjustable high friction conveyor, which can operate at different speeds. The labeling machine also features a stepper motor drive for labels, an automatic label head, conveyor belt synchronization, and a non-contact photo eye sensor. The self-adhesive label machine is suitable for different sized round or square bottles. The machine is outfitted with a servo motor system, PLC controller, and a touch screen panel that offers a stable and quality performance for labeling.
Functions and Configurations
1. PLC and touch screen control is fully automatic
2. The machine frame is comprised of SS304, and electrical components come from internationally known brands, such as Panasonic and Omron.
3. The label header, traction, adjustment, covering, and guiding mechanism structure all are made out of aluminum alloy and SS304 material.
