Motor Control
The transport of tiles or ceramics is accomplished via motorized rollers. The rollers are divided into several sections. Every 2-3 sections are controlled by one variable speed motor. To prevent roller breakage or tiles bumping into each other, each motor has a circuit breaker next to it for emergency control. Under the guidance of the motor control system, the motor can either rotate forward or turn forward and backward alternately. This control method not only prevents the warpage or breakage of rollers in the high temperature firing zone, but it also keeps tiles from falling off the roller.
Electrical Control
Electrical control is vital in controlling the combustion system, motor driving system and suction fans. And the security can reach ICE-204 standards.
Electrical Enclosure
The electrical enclosure houses many measurement instruments, safety devices, and alarms, including the thermostat, temperature data logger, multi-point temperature display, PLC, VFD, etc. A computer can be provided upon request.

This computer-based industrial control system provides real-time guide for operators and keeps administers informed of the kiln's operating conditions based on which administers can have operator skills evaluated and analyze the cause of a failure and product defects. These data have great value to operators as they help improve the ceramic firing process.
