Spray drying in a heated tower is the preferred method of drying temperature-sensitive ceramic slurries (also called ceramic slips). The purpose of our spray dryer is to produce a dry ceramic powder from an aqueous ceramic slurry. Typical components used in spray dryer include a hot air blower, hot air duct system, spray drying tower, cyclone dust collector, exhaust pipeline, wet-type dust collector, slurry supply pipeline, vibratory screen, and electrical control.
