Single-layer Dryer
Featured single-layer horizontal dryer is built to meet the most demanding customer specifications and completes a variety of ware drying jobs in a consistent, uniform, and fast manner. The single-layer dryer is housed in a steel cabinet made up of several sections.
Description of Single-layer Horizontal Dryer
1. Framework: square steel tubes, cold rolled steel angle and tubes. Side plates have a baked-on finish.
2. Heat source: burner recycled heat (from roller kiln)
3. Control system: electrical relay (for blower), VFD, bimetal thermometer (installed in the front of horizontal dryer for measuring and displaying temperature). Temperature is measured at multiple points across the length of the drying oven.
4. Two blower fans come with variable speed motors, delivering dry air and moving exhaust through the flue pipe out of the horizontal dryer.
5. Properly arranged fans and air ducts improve water evaporation rate and drying efficiency regardless of season and environment variations.
