1. We use heavy-gauge aluminum in thickness above 1.5mm to make the chair frame by means of welding. Each fully-welded chair frame will undergo a load bearing test to ensure maximum rigidity.
2. Surface treatment is a critical process in the making of an all aluminum patio chair, in addition to welding. It determines how the chair will look. We at Juncheng use automatic spray painting equipment to ensure each and every part of the chair receives quality spray paints.

Packaging: Because most of our all aluminum outdoor chairs are foldable, meaning several of them can fit in one container for shipment. We wrap up the frame and the armrest with non-woven fabrics, and the back and seat with corrugated paperboard. Then stack the whole pack one upon another. At the bottom of the pile is a four- or two-wheeled transfer cart to facilitate transportation. Each piece of folded outdoor dining furniture will be covered with a polypropylene plastic bag for maximum protection. Additionally, part of our aluminum patio chairs will be packed into paper boxes. Before that each individual chair will be wrapped up separately. Load Capacity: 200kg.
