Product Description
The SSR1501 solid silicone rubber is a platinum catalyzed two-component solid silicone rubber for extrusion or molding process. Our two-part solid silicone rubber features good aging resistance, high tear resistance, superior dielectric property, high tensile stretch, etc. It is non-reactive, stable and resistant to extreme environments and temperatures from -60℃ to 230℃ while still maintaining its useful properties. Due to these properties, our solid silicone rubber is used to cold shrinkage termination, insulation tube, joint and breakout, etc.

Storage
Keep sealed and store in cool, dry and dark place. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. Note: the mixture has an effective operating time of 48 hours.

Packing
Our two-part solid silicone rubber is packed in 20kg carton.
