Product Description
LIM1520/LIM1550 is a two-component, platinum curable, low viscosity, liquid insulated silicone rubber for injection molding processes. Our liquid silicone rubber features safe operation, high dielectric strength, good tracking resistance, superior surface hydrophobic property, and more. It is suitable for producing housing and weather-sheds for instrument transformers and insulated bushing, and vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber.

Storage
Keep sealed and store in a cool place below 30℃ before usage. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Usage
When operate, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of a metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for long time.

Packing
This liquid silicone rubber is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
