Product Description
This series of products is referred to as two-component platinum catalyzed semitransparent liquid silicone rubber. These silicone rubbers feature high liquidity, good elastic resilience, high tear strength, stable shrinkage rate, etc. They offer good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally from -60℃ to 250℃. With excellent properties, our silicone rubber is used for inject molding computer keyboard linings.

Storage
The unopened product will have a shelf life of 180 days at a maximum room temperature of 27℃. Once open, keep sealed and store in cool and dry place, and consume within seven days.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine. The AB mixture can be vulcanized in a few seconds.

Packing
The silicone rubber for computer keyboard is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.

A and B components are mixed by a ratio of 1:1, after mixing the A/B mixture will be cured for 10 minutes under 150 ℃.
