Aqueous Dispersant
Properties:
The main composition of dispersant XT-904 is anion polymer. It can adsorb on surface of microparticles and generate static repulsion, in order to disperse them and prevent sedimentation and flocculation. XT-904 is innocuous, non-corrosive with little foam, it is non-hazardous.

Usage:
XT-904 is used as dispersant in papermaking and architectural coatings, as concrete retarder, as water reducer, and as chelating dispersant in textile and dyeing industries. Its performances conform to SN-5040. During grinding process, if XT-904 is added to pastes such as bolus alba, lime carbonate, pottery clay, titanium pigment, talcum powder, barium sulfate, coal-water slurry, etc., the viscosity can be largely reduced and the slurry is stable after dispersed.
The dosage of 0.2-2% is preferred (solid/solid), the optimal dosage should be determined by experiment.
Package and Storage:
200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L), or as customers’ requirement. Storage for ten months in shady room and dry place.
Safety Protection:
It is weak acid. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of clean water.
