Our screw conveyor based loading system is designed specially for moving powdery and small-sized particles, among other dry bulk solids, into a container ready to be shipped. Compared with a conventional loading system, Changrong screw loader can load 2 to 3 cubic meters more of bulk material into a 20ft high-cube container. This is a great cost savings especially in loading malt onto trucks. The conveyor tube can move freely up and down, and from side to side. Multiple loading points along the screw loader facilitate loading and the entire loading system offers maximum mobility.
