The cooling screw conveyor goes by many names. Heat transfer processor and screw processor are just a couple. This jacketed trough screw conveyor can be used to cool extremely hot granular and powdery products, allowing a maximum inlet temperature of 720℃.
There is cool water running through the trough jacket and center hollow pipe, which enables a desired outlet temperature of as low as 50℃.
