Alligator Shear
The Q43 series of alligator shears are usually employed in metal reclamation plants, junkyards and metal refining and casting operations. They can also be used for structural steel and metal framework cutting.
These hydraulic shears are reliable, safe and convenient with various working blade edge lengths: 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm.
The hydraulic machinery does not need to be bolted in place. A diesel power source can be installed for when you do not have access to electrical power.
Technical Features:
1. This alligator shear adopts hydraulic transmission, compared with mechanical transmission shear, it features smaller size and more power.
2. The device has both manual and automatic functions. It is easy to operate and to control.
3. This machine is designed with a fast mode. It can shear at high speed without increasing the motor power or the displacement of the oil pump. The speed will change automatically when cutting larger materials. When the original shearing force recovers, the efficiency is nearly doubled.
4. The piston uses a Raymond Lam Seal Glyd ring. The shearing force maintains not only at a high oil temperature but also after long term operation. These advantages improve the quality of the machine and prolong its service life.
