Silicone rubber insulated heating cables are often used because of their electrical insulating ability, flexibility and excellent heat conductivity properties. Senphus silicone wires are wide installed in electric cushions, electric blankets, massage chairs as well as automotive and home appliance applications. They are also used as heating wires to prevent pipes from freezing.

There are three main models silicone wires:
A, SH-SR-20
B, SH-BSR-20
C, SH-2SR-20

A, Common Silicone Rubber Heating Wire: SH-SR-20
Rated temperature: 150℃-200℃
Rated voltage: 300V-600V

Structure:
Conductor: single conductor alloy or resistance wires twisted into a spiral on fiberglass
Insulation: silicone rubber

Reinforced jacket: braided fiberglass layer

Technical Parameters:
Except the O.D. of finished product, other parameters are same or similar to those of: SH-SR-20.

C, SH-2SR-20
Rated temperature: 150℃-200℃
Rated voltage: 300V- 600V

Structure:
First layer heating conductor: resistance wires twisted into a spiral on fiberglass
Second layer heating conductor: alloy wires twisted into a spiral on the silicone rubber heating wire
Insulation: silicone rubber

Certificate:
UL3780

Technical Parameters:
Similar to thoset of SH-SR-20.

D, Two Core Silicone Rubber Heating Wires: SH-SR2-20
Rated temperature: 150℃-200℃
Rated voltage: 300V-600V

Structure:
Twin Conductor: single conductor alloy or resistance wires twisted into a spiral on fiberglass
Insulation: silicone rubber

Technical Parameters
The O.D. of this kind of wire is about 4mm. Other parameters are similar to those of SH-SR-20.
