Features of Slitting Line
1. The slitting line is used in various industries for cutting of nonmetallic materials, such as leather, rubber, plastic, plastic packing, textile and chemical fiber. Equipped with dual cylinder, four-column, and precise double-crank connection rod mechanism, the slitting equipment offers the same cutting depth at every cutting position.
2. With special setting mechanism, and equipped with die cutter and cutting depth setting, the travel adjustment is simple and accurate.
3. The stand of the pressing board lowers the cutting speed when contacting the die cutter, which can make that there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of cut materials.
4. The central oil station provides lubricating function for automatic system, ensuring the machine precision and prolonging its service life.
5. The operation is less labor intensive and simple, with low malfunction.
