1. This steel framing equipment is controlled in a fully automatic mode. It is designed with multiple protective functions to ensure the highest level of safety in production. The unmanned control system helps customers save labor costs.
2. The machine bed features a welded steel plate construction. It has been tempered to eliminate internal stress and thereby prevent this equipment from unexpected deformation.
3. The roll forming unit is manufactured from cast iron and undergoes tempering process, thus ensuring high mechanical strength and ultra-long lifespan.
4. The roll forming dies are made from steel and subjected to quenching process. They vary in hardness from HRC56 to HRC62.
