Sand Castings
For proven quality of our sand casting parts, we have our own casting workshop which is outfitted with a resin sand casting line. With annual production capacity of 5000 ton, the casting line is mainly made up of one set of 1 ton intermediate frequency furnace, two sets of 2 ton medium frequency furnace, and one set of 4 ton holding furnace. It is dedicated to produce custom sand castings with maximum dimension of 2200*2000*1500mm and maximum net weight of 4,000kg.
Additionally, we have a spectrographic laboratory and a mechanical laboratory. The labs are equipped with a series of testing equipment to ensure integrity of our cast parts. Included are the spectrum analyzer, tension tester, magnetic defect detector, ultrasound flaw detector, hardness tester, and the foundry sand testing equipment.
