We have electroplated diamond wire beads and wire saws for a variety of jobs. Our diamond wire has synthetic rubber and spring built in it, making the wire flexible and easy to use. With 46 wire beads per meter, our latest wire saw cuts effortlessly on reinforced concrete.
The smaller distance between beads enables a more even cut while kicking up little saw dust, resulting in higher speed, extended tool life, and more energy savings. Wire saws with less beads per meter should suffice when quarrying or processing marbles. Diamond wire beads are available in Ø8.5, Ø10.1, Ø10.5 and Ø11.0 diameter.
