Our hotel cabinet lock, as a great hotel lockset, can provide various private storage solutions for the hotel guests. Our user-friendly locking solution is quite safe. The keycards for this hotel card lock are detailed below.

1. The authorization card is used to issue or cancel master card and manager card.
2. The master card is used to issue or cancel a guest card. If the guest card is lost, the master card can be used as the substitute to open the lockers. Once the master card is used, the lost guest card will be dismissed automatically.
3. The manager card can be used for opening all the lockers when all guest cards are missing.
4. The guest card is issued for the guests to open certain lockers.

Card function and operation

1. Issue an anthorization card
There will be 3 short beeps and the green light will be on.
Press a new card onto it.
Press the SET BUTTON at the back panel.
Switch on the power.
There will be a long beep.
Authorization card is completed.

Note:The new authorization card issuing means the automatic cancellation of all types of original cards. So the new card should be kept safely. Please use the same anthorization card on all lockers when you want to get an anthorization card for all lockers.

Anthorization card function
Press the authorization card to the card reader of the locker, then you will hear different beeps and then take it away. When green light is flashing and you hear the beeps, you can begin to issue different cards as indicated below.
One beep: You can issue a master card. Use the same master card on all lockers if you want to program a master card for all lockers.
Two beeps: Issue a manager card which is used for opening all lockers. You can use the same manager card on the rest lockers to create a manager card for opening all lockers.
Six beeps: Cancel a manager card.

2. Master card function
One beep: Issue a guest card.
Four beeps: Open the locker.
Five beeps: Cancel a guest card by pressing the guest card onto the card reading area when the green light is on.

Note: Once new master card is issued, all of the original cards will be cancelled automatically. So remember to keep the new master card safely.

3. Issue a single guest card to open 3 lockers
Press the same card to 3 lockers one by one to get a guest card for the three lockers.
