1653nm Laser Diode for Gas Detection
We offer various models toprovide laser in different ways like FB, DFB and CWDM, which can produce laserwith the wavelength ranging from 1652.7nm to 1654.7nm. Besides, our laser diodecan provide the output power from 8mW to 28mW with the transmission rate up to1.25Gbps to 10Gbps. Also, it has low threshold current of 25mA to 35mA.Take the product with the output power of 8mW as an example. It has theoperating current of 100mA and the working voltage of 2V. And it is also quiteanti-jamming with the side-mode suppression ratio of 35dB.
