Finishing
Equipped with finishing equipment including one polishing machine, one belt grinder and two wire drawers, we can be perform surface polishing for large aluminum profile molds such as doors, windows, curtain walls and ceilings. The surface of polished mold blank is of good color, surface finish, brightness and flatness, so that the mold can be directly used after anodizing. (Polishing is mainly to increase the brightness.)
The size range of plane workpieces can be processed by our polishing machine is: the length ranges from 2m to 6m, the thickness is between 20mm and 200mm, and the width is less than 600mm.
With cloth buffing wheel or hemp polishing wheel as the polishing disc and wax as the polishing agent, the workpiece is grinded repeatedly by the friction between the grinding wheel or polishing wheel and the workpiece, so as to transform the rough surface of the blank in to the mirror surface.
