The recycling of PET bottles needs a specialty machine-the perforating machine which facilitate the baling. With an experiment(with the same baler), PET bottles with holes, compared with those without holes, are baled with higher efficiency and the bale is denser and more sturdy. This is particularly true of capped bottles. Especially, when matches with baling press, this hole punch equipment could significantly promote baling efficiency and reduce bale sizes. Please be noted that this perforator is not applicable to sealed containers, heavy metals, wood, glass or solid materials.
As one of common used baling component, this separator could separate the paper clips and chips from the high speed air flow when they have come through the duct. Without this cyclone separator, thee chips and dusts will be scattered around, polluting the environment and posing threat to human health. That is why it gets used so widely. When suck into the separator, the paper clips and chips will be drawn to the bottom of the separator and the airflow discharged from the top. At the mean time, the air inlet could be attached with a water spraying device to humidify the chips, remove dusts and enhance the separation efficiency.
To choose a best separator, the following factors need be considered
1. Specifications (determined by the total airflow volume);
2. Type(wet separator and dry separator);
3. Working conditions(high requirements for height).
