Firstly developed and manufactured by our company in China, the intelligent asphalt distributor is specially designed to accurately distribute various asphalt materials, such as hot asphalt, asphalt emulsion, modified asphalt, asphalt rubber, etc. It is mainly composed of truck chassis, insulated asphalt tank, computer control spraying system, automatic control heating system, asphalt circulating and pumping system, hot oil heating and circulating system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, operating panel and integrated control unit.

Main Performance
The spraying amount is not affected by the truck speed, yielding high-precision distributing. The tank is equipped with two sets of agitators which can fully stir the asphalt inside the tank and avoid precipitation and segregation, ensuring uniform spraying. The specially designed nozzle can achieve triple-overlapping spraying, which also yields uniform spraying. Each spraying nozzle can be controlled separately and combined arbitrarily, so the spraying width can be adjusted based on the actual needs. The maximum spraying width reaches 6 meters.

After finishing spraying, the asphalt pump and nozzle are not required to clean by diesel oil, which is efficient and environment friendly. The intelligent asphalt distributor uses the pneumatic system to purge the asphalt remained in the pipelines and pump it back into the asphalt tank. Thank to the hot oil circulation, pipelines and spraying nozzles will not block.

Equipped with two heating systems, the intelligent asphalt distributor is able to meet various spraying temperature needs. It also has excellent heat preservation performance and the average temperature drop is no more than 1 ℃/h. The spraying operation can be conducted through the operating panel in the cab by a single person, which greatly reduces labor intensity and saves human costs.

Modular design is adopted by the control system, which is easy for troubleshooting and maintenance. The intelligent asphalt distributor is equipped with a hand-held spraying gun, which can spray corners and special parts. A standby control system is available, ensuring continued spraying when the main control system fails.
