The synchronous chip sealer is able to spray asphalt binder and spread aggregate synchronously. It can also spray asphalt binder and spread aggregate separately. The asphalt binder and aggregate are brought into contact with the road surface within one second, thus resulting in maximum adhesive performance. This equipment is very suitable for the construction and maintenance of main road, urban road and rural road.

Firstly developed and manufactured by our company in China, the synchronous chip sealer mainly consists of truck chassis, insulated asphalt tank, composite aggregate hopper, burner automatic-control heating system, asphalt circulating system, hot oil heating and circulating system, asphalt spraying system, aggregate spreading system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, computer control system, monitoring system, etc.
In addition to the common hot asphalt, the synchronous chip sealer can also spray asphalt emulsion, modified asphalt, asphalt rubber, etc. Controlled intelligently by computer, the spraying amount is not affected by the speed of the truck. Furthermore, the asphalt spraying and aggregate spreading width can be freely changed during working.
Triple-overlapping spraying is easily realized by the specially designed nozzle. The advanced heating and circulating system ensures pipelines and nozzles do not block, thus with no need of cleaning by diesel oil, which is environment friendly. The uniquely designed composite aggregate hopper can meet construction requirements of various road sections.
All spraying and spreading operations can be completed inside the cab by one operator, which reduces labor intensity and saves human costs. The computer control system adopts modular design, facilitating troubleshooting and maintenance. The monitoring system includes two cameras. One camera monitors the status of asphalt spraying and aggregate spreading and the other one monitors aggregate quantity in the hopper. Both statuses can be lively displayed on the monitor in the cab.
