Cold Water Basin
The cold water basin of our cooling tower is an important cooling equipment accessory enjoys a tilt bottom which reduces the operating weight of the cooling equipment and avoids the breeding of algal fungi in the backwater. There is an L-shape sewage draining exit at the concave of the lowest part of the basin bottom. This device is designed according to a patented technology (Patent No.: 201320281128.0).
Moreover, this stainless steel cold water basin is attached with a reliable support bracket which, made the hot-dip galvanized channel steels, could keep the equipment on it quite stable. At the same time, users could save their cost on the bracket. The standard material of this galvanized basin is the SGLD.
Available Options
1. Cold water basins made of G235 (Z700) galvanized plate, magnesium aluminum zinc plate, or SUS304 stainless steel are available now;
2. We can provide a custom maintenance platform according to your specific requirements. The available platforms include cage ladder, safety barrier and foot platform, all of which are made of hot-dip galvanized steels;
3. The backwater device and the balanced water box on the top part of the basin could be connected to a single water inlet (see the picture below);
4. The silencer cover now is available for customers;
5. Electrical limnimeter is available for you;
6. Electrical heater is available now.
