The large area InGaAsPIN detector diode is a laser receiver. It can receive the signal from thelaser diode and get the useful information. We adopt the InGaAs, a materialwith advanced technology in our product. Under the temperature from -40℃ to 85℃, it can receive the laserwith the wavelength between 850nm to 1700nm. Test shows that our product has a highsensitivity, that is, our detector diode can complete response within 20ns andreach up to 0.85uA/W for the 1310nm laser.

Low dark currentenables the precise control of laser transmitting and get the accuratedetection result. For the different photosensitive surface of 1000um, 2000umand 300um, the corresponding dark current is 10nA, 12nA and 5nA.The large areaPIN detector diode is a reliable laser detector with the receiving accuracywithin 0.1dB. It can also be used as a power meter.
