The mixing drum of this concrete transport truck is integrally manufactured from high strength and wear resistant steel plates. This ensures the coaxiality and circular run-out of flanges, each section of drum and roller path, and thereby enable stable running.
Structural Features
1. Our concrete trucks are deigned with double spiral blades in the mixing drum, symmetrical mixing plates at the front tapered section, and double blades and discharge guide blades at the drum port which ensure faster and more uniform discharging.
2. The drum of the transit mixer is fabricated using submerged arc welding technology, enhancing strength while providing more attractive appearance. End enclosure of the drum boasts a German cold spinning technology, ensuring smooth and beautiful appearance. 6 pieces of reinforced plates are installed in the end enclosure to offer higher wear resistance.
3. Low tilt angle of the drum effectively prolong the service life of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer.
4. Our concrete mixer truck's secondary beam is constructed from high strength square tubes and is designed with shock absorption area in the middle part. Therefore, the stress can be relieved in time when the cement mixer truck runs at full load or when the road condition is poor. And center of gravity will lower to make the vehicle more stable.
5. The mixing blades are manufactured using more than 20 groups of mould, ensuring helical curve, angle and pitch, and thus realizing uniform mixing.
