Brief Description
The QC type overhead crane with magnet lifter, also called electromagnetic crane is designed on the basis of our QD type overhead crane. This heavy duty crane is composed of girder, lifting mechanism, hoist trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, operator cab, electrical control system and electromagnetic lifter.
Rugged girder plus the electromagnetic lifter with extremely high magnetic attraction force make this lifting machine suitable for handling heavy steel materials. Due to that, the overhead crane has been widely used in steel plants and warehouse for lifting and transporting steel and steel materials.
In addition, this steel handling equipment is provided with an operator cab in which the operator can control operation of it more efficiently. This cab comes with comfortable seat, insulated mat on the floor and toughened glass for window. Fire extinguisher and electric fan are also equipped. Other auxiliary equipment such as air conditioning, emergency alarm and interphone can be configured as per customers.
