General description:
The Model SRZ and SRL Series helically finned air heat exchanger produced by our company, is also named as heat radiator or heat-radiating pipe bank. It's the main equipment of cooling device with chilling media, or the heating device for air heating. The conducted heat medium adopted of radiator may be steam, hot water or thermal oil. In general, the working pressure of steam is not higher than 0.8MPa, and the temperature of air is below 150℃.

Features
The finned air heat exchange consists mainly of rows of paratactic helically finned tube bank. The processing technology for Model SRZ heat-radiating finned tube bank is that by means of mechanical strip-winding, the steel strip of 0.5x10mm is wound onto the seamless steel pipe with diameter of 18mm, then hot-dip galvanizing is conducted. Or by means of stainless steel strip and pipe to make fully stainless steel heat exchanger. Model SRL heat exchanger is made by steel pipe and aluminum strip, and its unit-length heat-exchanging area is bigger than SRL type.
Being adopted mechanical fin-winding method, the contacting area between heat-radiating fin pieces and radiating pipe is big and tight, the heat conduction property is good and stable.The air-passing resistance is small. The steam or hot water flows through the steel pipes, through the tightly wound fins onto the steel pipes, the heat is transferred to the air passing among the fin pieces. Thus the effect of heating or air-cooling can be realized.
It's structure is consisted of helically finned type tubes. The series product of helically finned type tubes have different specification for different types.

Applications:
Heat exchanger is applied in hot air warming, air conditioning, cooling, dehumidifying, drying and so on industries. It's used for to heat air with steam or hot water, or to cool air with salt water or chill water. It's widely used for air conditioning system in mineral industry, light industry, paper making, chemical, national defense, textile, power, dairy, Ceramic, hospital and theater.
