The gigabit InGaAsPIN-TIA detector is applicable for telecommunication or data communication. Asa receiver in the field of telecommunication, it can read the optical signalwith large wavelength range between 1100nm to 1650nm from the fiber. Ourproduct comes with low working voltage and current. With high sensitivity of-26dBm, the gigabit detector has the differential responsibility of 1.4mV/uW to3mW/uW and the signal ended responsibility about 0.7mV/uW to 1.5mV/uW.

The Gigabit detector adopts the high performance InGaAs PIN photodiode with transimpedance amplifier. Due to the variousconnections provided like FC, SC and FT, it can easily be connected in to theoptical fiber. In addition, the transmission rate we offer is 5Mbps, 1.25Gbpsor 2.5Gbps for users to choose from.
