In order to better serve our customers, QGM expanded into the field of curbstone mould design, and is now backed by extensive experience and expertise. We offer slope and façade molds with or without pigments, and molds with replaceable tamper shoes that change the height and façade of the curbstone.
Mold design- QGM utilizes a combination of advanced welding and processing technologies.
- Materials: high quality wear-resistant steel.
- The clearance of tamper shoes is 0.5mm.
- The mold supporting plate is a replaceable threaded connection design.
- Zenith has extensive experience in mold design, and offers flexible designs
- The mold frame has a hydraulic device and the frame board can be folded as required.
- The quick-wear parts can be easily replaced.
