Automatic H-beam steel production line mainly consists of multifunctional welding machine, automatic assembly machine, side beam welding machine, steel moving machine, overturning machine and shot blasting machine. All these machines work together to improve production efficiency. Multifunctional welding machine can complete assembling, welding and straightening, save much area and production cost and improves efficiency greatly. Side beam welding machine is equipped with a device to track welding seam to achieve better welding quality. And side beam welding machine can weld 15000mm H-beam steel and the welding speed is 3m/min. Steel moving machine and overturning machine can move and turn these steel before welding process begins.
