High Efficient Fluidizing Drying Equipment

Scope of Application
The highly efficientfluidizing drying equipment is ideal for drying screw-extruded particles andgranules made using different methods. To illustrate, it can be used for dryingparticles with varied sizes and powder raw material in fields such aspharmaceuticals, foodstuff, feed stuff, chemical industries, and more. Also,the drying equipment can be used for drying giantarumand polyacrylamide materials which may have size variation after drying.

Principle of Working
Air is purified and heated, thenit is introduced from the bottom of an induced-draft fan and passed through thescreen plate of raw material. In the working chamber, materials form intofluidized state after stirring and negative pressure effect. The moisture isevaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material isdried quickly.

1. The structure of fluidization bed is roundso as to avoid a dead angle.
2. Inside the hopper there is a stirrer to avoid sticking together of rawmaterial.
3. The granule is discharged through the method of turning over, which is veryconvenient. The discharging system can also be designed according torequirements.
4. It is operated under the conditions of negative pressure and sealed. The airis filtered, so it is simple in operation, convenient and clean. It is also inconformity with the requirements of GMP.
5. The drying speed is quick and the temperature is uniform. In general, thedrying time is 15-45 minutes for each batch.
