Application:Quartzite is used to make quartz plates that are commonly used as household decoration materials, such as tea tables, cabinet tables, dining room tables and bathroom vanities.
Features: Quartzite is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion. It also has a high hardness, a low color bleed and is non-toxic, making it ideal for home use.
Potential Problems of Natural Quartzite
1. The natural stone has pores that are vulnerable to greasy stains.
2.The natural material has a short length, and forms imperfectly, which makes it difficult to connect with other pieces. The seams are potential breeding areas for bacteria.
3.Natural quartzite has a larger density, which means more support is needed. It’s hard, and inflexible, meaning it cracks easily under large impacts. Its natural cracks will widen under rapid temperature changes. Given its brittleness, natural quartz can be used to make tables that are wider than 1 meter.
4.Some natural stones may emit a toxic gas or contain radioactive material that does not comply with industrial environmental standards. With no special treatments, they may be harmful to user health.
