Vector Control Inverter Used in Winch
The AC80 vector control inverter can be used in winch to achieve the following effect:
1. Stroke position monitoring and closed-loop control, with complete depth and speed display and control functions.
2. Vacuum and non-contact of the main circuit control devices, PLC control, simple hardware configuration, flexible software programming, easy commissioning and low maintenance, good closed-loop performance.
3. Improved security and reliability of the winch operation and improved technical level of the control, to reduce equipment failure rates, increase productivity, reduce labor intensity of the operator.
4. Safety protection and interlock function.
5. Complete integrated back-up protection.
6. By the use of digitized optical encoder, the frequency inverter detects and controls the operation speed and position of the winch, which improves the control precision and system reliability.
7. Dual redundant safety circuits, at least one software safety circuit and one hardware safety circuit.
8. PLC drive at limited speed should be available when one circuit fails in speed and depth detection while the other circuit is under normal condition.
9. Automatically send position signals, such as slow down, stop, fixed point, over winding signals; at important points such as deceleration and over winding, there are two or more circuits working jointly.
