Incepted in 1970, Wujin Hydraulic Hoist Company has produced more than 50000 sets of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic systems, and other hydraulic equipment. Theses sets are mostly used on the gate hoists that are now serving in major water projects all across China. From 2006, we began to design industrial hydraulic cylinders, which have provides many uses in construction machinery, port machinery, hoisting machinery, mining machinery, and solar power plant. Design
Requirements for hydraulic cylinders may vary according to the actual application need. That is why we need to produce a new hydraulic cylinder design every time a purchase order is received from you. Of course, you can provide us with your own technical drawings, though they often need to be verified and corrected based on your specific applications.

For customers who provide us with the technical drawing, we need first to check whether their specifications listed in it can be met. After confirmation, we either go directly into production or negotiate with the customers to make changes to the drawing.

For customers who do not have technical drawings for us, we need to contact them so as to understand their needs and technical requirements. After serious consideration, we then make an initial design plan. In turn, customers should decide whether the drawing can be used for production. Until you agree upon the design plan, we won’t carry out production.

Process Flow
Step 1 Work out a correct plan for production and raw material procurement, according to the delivery cycle time.
Step 2 Purchase raw material and other components. Set out the technical requirements for hydraulic cylinder production.
Step 3 Determine the manufacturing process to be used on the components. Draw up a plan for product inspection and test. Set out related quality standards.
Step 4 Carry out quality audit on the raw materials or procured components. Quality audit can be carried out by either an internal or external quality auditor such as the Ship Classification Society.
Step 5 After the above four steps are completed, we then can perform production according to the processes described on the technical drawing.
Step 6 Inspect the product.
Step 7 Product assembly and final test according to the requirements specified on the drawings.

Packing and Transportation
We generally pack the hydraulic cylinder with foamed materials. The wrapped item is then put in a wooden crate according to the international standards. If you have any special requirements on the packaging, please let us know in advance. Requirements for packaging are generally listed on the design drawing.

Products will be delivered on time to a pre-designated location which is generally the port of discharge, such as the Port of Shanghai or Port of Tianjin. Of course, our goods can be shipped to oversea destinations. In that case, we will ask an international shipping company to deal with the delivery. After the shipments arrive at the discharge port, customers will have to transport them to their site.
