Maintenance Tips
The porcelain tiles' surface may have seepages due to improper use. The common seepages and solutions are as follows:
1. If the seepages refer to the tea stain, juice stain, coffee stain, sauce stain, shoe print, etc., we suggest the dilution of sodium hypochlorite (bleach). You can soak the contaminated tiles in the dilution for 20-30 minutes and wipe the stain with cleaning cloth. When dealing with the stubborn stains, you have to soak the tile for several hours.
2. If the stain refers to the mildew formed by the ink and wax, we suggest the dilution of sodium hypochlorite (bleach). You can just smear the dilution on the mildew and wipe up after several minutes.
3. If the contaminant refers to the cement, incrustation and rust, we suggest hydrochloric acid or phosphoric acid solution. You can just wipe up the stain from the tile for a few times.
4. If the stains on the ceramic tiles are paint, grease, oil stains of marking pen, wax, etc., the alkaline cleaners or organic solvents (5 ketone and triethylene) will help remove the paint and oil stains.
5. When using a rubber hammer to remove the stains, please firstly wipe the porcelain tile after it has been soaked for 24 hours in the 20%-40% sodium hydroxide solution. Secondly, you can wipe up the tiles again after it has been soaked in the 30%-50% hydrochloric acid for 30 minutes.
6. The alkaline cleanser can deal with the ice cream stain.
7. The acidic cleanser can handle the limescale.

Note
1. Please wear a pair of gloves when doing the above cleaning jobs.
2. Please rinse the tiles with clear water after removing the stains.
3. The latest cleanser found in supermarkets can also be used with the reference to the above maintenance tips.
