Maintenance
Five main attentions on the maintenance of LONGHONG blow molding machines are shown as follows.
1. Bottle can not be taken out of the mould after blown.
First, in this case, you should open the mould by manual clamping unit. If normal, let the machine conduct idle running once. If it is normal again, please check the setting of exhaust time. If the exhaust setting has not problem and there is fault every time when blowing, it can be concluded that the exhaust valve has something wrong. Now, please open the exhaust valve and inspect the spring and sealing parts. Another phenomenon of this fault is that the exhaust sound is loud or limitless.
If the mould can not be opened by accident, please check that whether there is a broken screw in the mould clamping pin and whether the clamping strength is overlarge or not. If the clamping strength is excessive, you should adjust it again according to standard.
2. Bottles are often damaged during clamping
Please inspect if the mechanical arm is misplaced or not.
3. Two mechanical arms bump against each other
When meeting this situation, you should reset mechanical arms manually in that the mechanical arms are misplaced.
4. The feeding unit does not feed any more
When meeting this situation, you should inspect whether there are materials in the hopper or not. If there are not materials, please feed material into the hopper as soon as possible; if the materials in the hopper are still enough, please check whether the control contactor of lifting machine is powered on or not.
1) If yes, please inspect quickly whether the motor is overloaded. Because, the situation is possibly caused that the lifting belt is stuck by preforms. The simplest solution is to lift manually.
2) If not, please check whether the electric detecting unit of preforms is not in the same line with the reflecting plate.
5. Feed table is often stuck during feeding
This is a headachy problem. If the preforms are long and heavy enough, this problem is rare.
