5. Mould Flow Analysis
Mould flow analysis plays an import role in mould and injection moulded products production. Here why we do mould flow analysis.
a. To help our customers find out the most proper product thickness so as to seek a balance between product quality and production cost.
b. To predict the potential defects like weld line, gas mark or gas trapping on the finished moulded product surfaces and take measures to avoid them when designing the moulds.
c. Through mould flow analysis, we can predict deformation that may occur to the finished injection moulded products. Then, we will modify our mould design and improve product assembly structure to prevent deformation.
d. With the help of mould flow analysis, our mould designers are able to arrange the plastic injection gate and the cooling system of the mould in a reasonable way to achieve optimal processing effects at lower cost.
